Referral terms and conditions

 

  • For all parties to be eligible for the £35 vouchers, the referral must be made and recorded before the referred party has had their appointment. This can be recorded by way of referral card, telephone call (020 8380 4144) or online form (https://wsl-ltd.co.uk/referrals).
  • Vouchers are sent a month after the appointment has taken place. If you have still not received your vouchers after this time, please contact referrals@wsl-ltd.co.uk within three months after the referred party’s appointment has taken place. Unfortunately, requests after this time will not be accepted.
  • A Marks and Spencer voucher will be sent to the referring party if they have not specified their voucher choice at the time of making the referral via a referral card.
  • A Marks and Spencer voucher will be sent to the referred party if they have not specified their voucher choice at the time of submitting their details, either by visiting www.wsl-ltd.co.uk/referrals or calling 020 8380 4144.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged once issued. However, if an incorrect voucher(s) has been sent by mistake, we will be able to exchange once we have received the original voucher(s) back in the post and confirmed the full value remains on the voucher(s). This is only applicable to those that specified their voucher choice prior to the voucher being sent.
  • Records are kept of all vouchers issued. Unfortunately we cannot replace or take responsibility for the loss of vouchers once posted.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with the employee benefits discount.
  • The referring party must be an existing client of WSL Ltd.
  • The referred party can only be referred by one person.
  • The referred party cannot be an existing client of WSL Ltd.

 

Suitability for a home visit is dependent on the size and complexity of the estate, and will be assessed on the initial phone call.
