Our specialist Legal Consultants will visit your employees in the comfort of their own home. The appointments are available seven days a week, daytime and evening, meaning we can fit in with their schedule. During the appointment our consultants will take the time to understand your employee’s personal circumstances and wishes.
Many companies and unions who already offer Will writing as part of their benefits package do so only as a “DIY” form-filling pack. These forms are entirely prescriptive, do not offer any guidance and mistakes can easily be made which could invalidate the Will. Our aim is to provide easy to understand advice and guidance, face to face, in a relaxed setting.
Your employees can expect to receive up to 40% off the cost of either a single or mirror Will, and 10% discount on our additional services. Additional services are offered depending on our clients’ circumstances and what they want their Wills to achieve.

Once the service has been set up and promoted through the company, your employees are free to contact WSL to arrange an appointment. Payments are made directly to WSL and therefore the benefit incurs a very small amount of work and no extra cost for HR departments.
Employees select the benefit during their benefits window and once we have received their details from you we will contact them to arrange their appointment. Instead of the employee paying WSL directly, payment is taken month by month from the employees’ salary.
Once your employee has registered their details, one of our team will call them to help arrange a home visit appointment with a professional Legal Consultant.
The consultant will advise them on the powers of Executors, guardians and trustees, and inheritance tax. Depending on the employee’s wishes and circumstances, the consultant may recommend other services as: Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney documents or secure storage.
The Will is drafted by our legal department and sent back to the employee for approval. We’ll also provide clear guidelines on signing and witnessing.
Suitability for a home visit is dependent on the size and complexity of the estate, and will be assessed on the initial phone call.
